Individual products are non-refundable as they are digital products, we don’t proceed with a refund in any case. If you change your mind to a different product or the product is no longer needed still we don’t process the refund.
We only process the half refund for the subscriptions but only if we see the reason is genuine and you no longer needed the subscription. If we found your reason not valid or 100% genuine, we will not process the refund.
Product Not Working
In case the product is not working, you can simply leave a message to use, telling the name of the product and what is the issue, and we will give you a fix but for that, there will be no refund.
